Winter Makers Camp

Our days are simple, structured, and meaningful: we make art, we explore stories, we move, we talk, and we learn how to understand our feelings and each other. Every activity has intention behind it — confidence, emotional safety, communication, teamwork — but everything is delivered through play, creativity, and gentle guidance.

Families can join us for:

• Week 1 (3 days)
• Week 2 (4 days)
• Or the full camp experience (7 days)
  

Whichever option you choose, your child will have a supportive, engaging winter break surrounded by creativity.

CAMP OVERVIEW

• Location: Zameen Art House, Granville Island
• Ages: 6–9
• Schedule: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Group Size: 8–10 children
• Focus: Art • Creativity • Emotional Literacy • Teamwork
• Led by: University instructor + child-development specialist with 15+ years of experience
  

What your child can expect each day:

• Creative projects using a variety of art materials
• Story circles and gentle discussions
• Team-building activities
• Emotional literacy tools (comfort scale, expressing needs, boundaries)
• Movement breaks and grounding exercises
• A calm, cozy space to feel safe, connected, and confident

CAMP OPTIONS

Week 1 — Winter Makers Camp (3 days)

December 22, 23, 26: A festive and creative start to winter break.
Fee: $240

Week 2 — New Year Makers Camp (4 days)

December 29, 30, 31 & January 2: A fun, reflective week as we move into the New Year.
Fee: $320

Full Program — Two-Week Experience (7 days)

For children who benefit from continuity, deeper friendships, and a full creative journey.
Fee: $520 (saves $40)

Once you select your preferred week (Week 1, Week 2, or Full Program), you will be directed to a secure Stripe checkout. After payment, you will receive a confirmation email and the Parent Information Package.

Spaces are deliberately limited to 8–10 children to protect the quality of the experience.
